How do you handle employee onboarding when you’re remote?

We have video content that we record in an internal LMS

I make sure I spend lots of time with my direct reports in zoom meetings in their first few weeks

We use tasks in our project management system or in HubSpot

We fly new hires to HQ instead of doing remote onboarding
