How do you handle employee onboarding when you’re remote?

We fly new hires to HQ instead of doing remote onboarding

We have video content that we record in an internal LMS

I make sure I spend lots of time with my direct reports in zoom meetings in their first few weeks

We use tasks in our project management system or in HubSpot

I love the combination of videos, Slack messages, live meetings, and personal connections. Plus getting to talk to leadership to better understand the history, mission, and vision of the company.
